ULTRACOAT Heavy Cut is an advanced polishing compound designed for maximum defect removal and rapid paint correction. Engineered with high cutting power, it effectively removes deep scratches, oxidation, and sanding marks while restoring clarity to the paint surface.
The water-based formula, combined with aluminium oxide abrasives, delivers strong cutting performance with minimal dusting and high working comfort. It allows full utilisation of the abrasive particles, reducing working time while maintaining consistent results.

02 / APPLICATION
Method of Use
PREPARE
Ensure the surface is clean and cool before use.
APPLY
Apply 4–5 drops of product onto a polishing pad.
WORK IN SECTIONS
Work in sections (approx. 50 × 50 cm).
POLISH
Polish with moderate pressure using a suitable machine.
REMOVE & INSPECT
Remove residue and inspect the surface.
Important Information
Pair with medium or hard polishing pads for maximum cut. Follow with a finishing polish for refined results. Use ULTRACOAT Finest Wipe to remove residues before protection. Work in controlled sections to avoid overheating.
