These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RevWorks website and online store operated by RevWorks Studio Ltd (“RevWorks”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use our website or online Services.
These Terms apply primarily to use of our website and purchases of physical goods through the RevWorks online store.
RevWorks also provides automotive detailing and related Studio services. Studio bookings and services may be subject to additional Studio Terms & Conditions, which will be made available where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

We reserve the right to refuse or restrict access to our Services where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

Products
Products offered through the RevWorks online store are subject to availability.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, prices, photographs and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, the appearance of products, including colours and finishes, may vary depending on your device, screen or display settings.
Packaging, labelling or product presentation may also change from time to time where products are supplied or manufactured by third parties.
We may modify or discontinue products or product ranges at any time.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to comply with applicable consumer law.
Ultracoat Products and Third-Party Brands
RevWorks may sell products manufactured or branded by third parties, including Ultracoat.
Third-party trademarks, product names, logos, packaging, imagery and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Any manufacturer instructions, safety information, application requirements or product-specific limitations supplied with a product should be read and followed before use.
Where RevWorks provides general product information, guidance or recommendations, this does not replace manufacturer instructions or product-specific technical information.
Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products contained in that order.
After placing an order, you may receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. An acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract for the sale of goods will be formed when we accept your order, which may occur when we send confirmation of acceptance or dispatch the goods.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- a price or product description contains an obvious error;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- information supplied with the order is incomplete or incorrect;
- delivery cannot reasonably be made to the address provided; or
- we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity.
If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund any amount due to you.
Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
Displaying a product on our website does not guarantee that it will remain available.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you where appropriate and provide a refund for any unavailable goods for which payment has been taken.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP / £).
Prices will include VAT where VAT is applicable and RevWorks is required to charge it.
Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your order.
We may change prices at any time. Changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred and applicable law allows the order to be corrected or cancelled.
Payment must be successfully authorised using one of the payment methods offered at checkout before an order can be processed.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
Discount Codes and Promotions
From time to time, RevWorks may offer discount codes, promotional prices or other offers.
Unless stated otherwise:
- promotions are subject to availability;
- promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- promotional codes may be subject to expiry dates or other conditions;
- only one promotional code may be permitted per transaction; and
- we may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary.
Specific promotional terms provided with an offer will apply in addition to these Terms.
Nothing relating to a promotion affects your statutory consumer rights.
Shipping and Delivery
Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed where applicable during the ordering process and are further explained in our Shipping Policy.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes provided.
Delivery dates and times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a delivery is delayed, lost or otherwise affected, your statutory rights will continue to apply.

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Your rights relating to order cancellation, returns and refunds are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Consumers purchasing goods online will generally have statutory cancellation rights, subject to applicable exceptions.
Separate statutory rights also apply where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to comply with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Studio Services
RevWorks provides professional automotive detailing, paint enhancement, ceramic protection and related vehicle-care services from our Studio.
Information displayed on our website regarding Studio services, packages and prices is intended to help customers understand the services available.
The exact work appropriate for a particular vehicle may depend on factors including its size, condition, paintwork, previous repairs, finish and the services requested.
Where applicable, Studio bookings will be governed by separate RevWorks Studio Terms & Conditions covering matters including bookings, deposits, cancellations, vehicle condition, work authorisation and collection.
If separate Studio Terms & Conditions apply to a booking, they will form part of the agreement between you and RevWorks for those services.
Accuracy of Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure information published on our website is accurate and current.
However, our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
We may correct errors, update information or make changes to the website where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in this section affects information that forms part of a binding contract with you or any statutory rights you may have.
